Yeah, the speedway is the view out my bedroom window.

They are giving demo rides and showing off the bikes (lots of manufacturers, but sadly kawi is the only one with a strong sportbike showing) through saturday

Rides are 9 am - 5pm Kawasaki said if you want to demo a sportbike... be there between 8 am and 8:30, because they book up fast.

Traffic on Internation Speedway gets heavy all the way to the beach, so take alternate exits. If you can remember, take the exit to Beville, rte 400 east off of I95, then turn left onto williamson blvd. That'll take you right to the west side on the speedway. Make a rifht onto Internation speedway, and just stay in the right lane. follow all of the other bikes to the parking (ignore the signs that say turn left)

Alarm suitable for Z1000

Hi !,

Just joined the forum and have an order of Kawasaki Z1000 (Black) that i will take delivery of in 1 week

Anyway; live and work in Hong Kong and would like to install an alarm. Can anyone give me some recommendations on what i should get (anything special for Kawasaki or ?). I dont mind ordering over internet and if necessary i can install it myself.

Brgds,
Marcus

Ps. Had a V-max for 3 years but last year without bike; really looking forward to ride again..........

Exclamation Nice...

hallov,
Bastard! Nice looking bike for sure (I'm telling to myself that I made the right choice when I bought my 919). Please post me a pic of that bike, as soon as you get it home.

Dan
(my friend sharon told me to put this
here. She's drunk!)

Enjoy.

"We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers, and also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of Budweiser, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls... Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked in a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can." HST

Nice Bike

Beautiful bike! I don't know why they didn't make the passenger seat red too. When Kawi made the zzr's with the flush signal lights I said to myself finally, the engineers are catching on, but here we go again. Why do they make those damn signal lights that haven't changed at all since the arly 1980's? I guess it give us something to customize maybe.
That is a nice bike though I like it way better then the ZRX.

beautiful bike, needs a fairing!!!
I almost bought one, but opted for the less expensive ZR-7S with a fairing.
