Tyres

Actually, forgot to mention it in my last post.

Turned up at EC last time out to discover that the tyres that came with the bike (Diablo Corsas) had a thumping great nail in the front and a slash in the rear.

Fortunately there was a guy there providing a tyre service. I was a bit wary though - he only had Bridgestones. He assured me they were good, but I didn't really have much of a choice did I?

Anyway - I got a set of the Battlax BT 002's. Any of you used them??

I was instantly confident on them - the grip was awesome and I reckon better than the Supercorsas.

If you get the chance to try a set... I doubt you'll be disappointed...

hehehe ...

Funniest post I have seen in a while. Great to see your back on your feet big fella.

Now then ... funny cause WTF would Tug or BP (yeah, right ... or me) do with BT-002's ... BP could stick em round his waist as a makeshift corset (hehe .. .that was a good one BP) and Tug could use them as monster beer coolers for a monster beer mug .. which he could use when mate buy him beers. That way he could honestly say ..... "no lads, it's not my shout yet, I'm still on my first..."

Still, I had a moment on my scoota-R and it could well be I am pushing the envelope of performance for my current brand of tyre ... maybe it is time to upgrade to BT-002's for the scoota-R. Maybe time for a double bubble screen to ... I wonder if the make packracks for it?

Same as it ever was

Ledge

Great to see nothing has changed in this forum. You still make absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.

You buying a Ducati was the best bit of broking I ever did.....
