Nope never tried the bikes ( yet)

The mechanics to make the bikes themselves lean is possible but would be delicate and screw up at every crash! Would have to be somehow attached to the brush guide ( which is the only bit that follows the track on the bikes or cars)

The only other thing would be banking the turns as used to be the case with the cars

I'm more into re-enacting the Edwards 2003 get off with lighter fluid and matches
