Thumbs down daytona 1300 project dead.

If you have read the new issue of Motorcyclist then you know that Triumph has dropped the Daytona 1300 project offically.Seems a shame to me at this late stage of development, after all they were to the point of preproduction bikes being track tested(and you should see the top speeds!!!) and dropped it after consulting with a hired advisor group.
One bright spot is the 1300cc engine is confirmed to be the choice for a Shaft drive Trophy in the works.Hmm maybe they were listing after all

badges? We don't need no stinking badges.

I wonder how many "hired advisor groups" have killed some nice motorcycles?
Kinda sad for the Daytona, but I agree, the Trophy needs some help.

Well behaved women rarely make history.

I'm not mean, you're just a sissy.
