Talking Moto Guzzi Le Mans, Rosso Corse

I think this was the prettiest thing at the San Mateo show. What do you think about this bike?

I like it Inky, then again me and Guzzi go back a ways.I would like them to expand the dealer network here so it would be a viable option for me during the next round of buying

Nice enough lines, but not soul-stirring (at least from the pics). A quick Google search turns up that it weighs 498 dry, and makes 90 HP / 70 FTLB. I like the Ohlins suspension and Brembo brakes though. Too heavy for my tastes. Put it on a diet and I'd take a closer look. Actually, I think I like the looks of the almost-naked "V11 Sport Scura" better.

I almost bought a V11 Sport Scura last year. The dealer told me that if I really wanted that I should put some money down on it immediately. He said that since it was a limited edition that it would go fast. Well, a year and a half later they still have it on the showroom floor and it's now $3,000 cheaper.

Well, you can't blame the guy for trying!
