'03 R6 Exhaust Can Question

Just bought a '03 R6 and am thinking of buying a new exhaust can. My friend who has a '01 R6 is offering his Yoshimura TRS Half System. Problem is, I'm not sure if it will fit the '03. Anyone out there know the answer? Appreciate the help!

I don't think they changed the engine layout too much but there may be different mounting points due to the change in fram design.

Thanks for the advice VYPIR. I decided to purchase a new one specifically for the 03. Costs a bit more but at least I'm sure to have it just right. Thanks again!
