I got the factory titanium jet kit for my vtr last year. Inexplicably both titanium needles were bent even though it arrived in a sealed plastic container. They promptly sent new ones after I mailed the bent ones out to them. No big deal I guess. They were helpful and courteous to deal with. The kit went right in with no problems and the initial settings they provided over the phone based on my bikes configuration had it running well if if a bit lean, some tweaking fixed that. Maybe their tuning was not done at sea level ( im in florida ). I don't have experience with other kits but if I ever need another one I'm going to go with Factory again.
I got the factory pro tin. kit in my 2001 R6 with a ss2r slip on (custom), no k&n and it worked out great. It really smoothed out my hp curve and gave me more top end. I have a dyno sheet of the bike with the kit in and the pipe if you want to see.
I didn't recieve pilot jets, springs in my factory Ti kit just to let you know. They also didn't really have a setting to try with my bike setup (limited) so I went with 2 1/2 screw turns, #4 needle spot, 148 inner, 146 outer (if i remember right). Anyways let me know what you think of your new kit.
I don't think your scan posted right. Or it's invisible one or the other . lol I could have sworn I read it came with new pilot jets, that was one of my main reasons for wanting that kit. May be I'll just save up the extra hundred and buy the Ivan's.
