Re: 2003 gsxr600
1) The tabs that connect the headlight to the front nose faring are broken. Any ideas on how to fix it without having to spring for a new one ?
Fabricate two or three metal tabs and screw them into the backside of the fairing. If you use small enough screws, you should be able to avoid poking them out the front.
2) What is the true top speed ?
Roughly 165 mph, with stock gearing.
3) Not that I condone wheelies, but most of the guys I ride with can pull their bikes up on wheelies with no problem....every now and then.Any help/idea's ?
Proper wheelie techniques. A 600 normally requires clutched wheelies. Power wheelies normally require a monster rear sprocket. Suggest you seek training from someone knowledgeable in wheelie-ing.
4) Does anyone have a service manual for this modol that I can download?
Try links on gsxr.com and/or gixxer.com.
