What year did suzuki go over to fuel injection on the 600's and 750's and at which would you recomend when most of the major glitches were out of it? I've had performance cars with carbs and it's just a pain to deal with them. I remember having to sync my dual carb setup and jets would get clogged linkage would loose position overtime. I'm guessing these smaller bikes used a single carb or no? Still regardless I want to go fuel injection. I like the no hassle and efficiency of fuel injection.

1998 for the 750...

2001 for the 600 and 1000's...course 01 was the first year for the 1000's...

And jfyi...design changes came about (new generation) in 2000 for the 750, and 2001 for the 600....

The 2000 600 had the same design (SRAD) as the 97, 96, and 99 750..

Old, Slow, but ...Smooth

these bikes have 4 carbs for 4 cylinders, twins like SV650 have 2. earlier FIs did have glitches, they weren't smooth as CV carbs during on/off transition.

2000+ is the best way to go for FI bikes.
