03 Gixxer 750 for $3600?

Being offered a 2003 Gixxer 750 for $3600 shipped to my door by globalshippingagency.com. Has clear title, 3200 miles, supposedly never dropped, guy got married and moved to France so he's selling it. This sounds too good to be true, but I've seen pictures and it's got nothing I can see wrong with it. What's everyone else think?

if its in France probably a scam.
I have been getting quite a few emails about bikes for sale in other countries. One is even offering that I only pay 1000 to ship bike here and if i like it send the other 3000.
I think that these peopel are getting emails from bikes i bid on while looking at ebay.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! It's a scam and you're just one of thousands of riders who have been lured in by the promise of a great bike for a ridiculously low price. It's sad, but there are a lot of scammers out there.

General rule of thumb, if you can's see, hear, touch, and smell the bike it probably doesn't exist.

more details...

This guy says he'll ship it to my door. Once it gets here, I take a look and inspect it to see if I'm willing to buy it. If I don't want it, he says that they would ship the bike back to him at HIS expense. Is this even possible or is he trying to take me?

Seeing as how you're a new member I'm gonna assume that you're not kidding...

I assume that you've been exchanging Emails with the guy. Would you mind posting some of them so we can take a look at it?

I WROTE:
I'm trying to buy a bike. Yours seems incredibly low priced for the lack of use if in fact it is in good condition. Anything wrong that lowers the price so much? PS, what's the mileage.....how often is oil and filter changed? Air filter serviced?

HE WROTE:
Hello my friend,

Yes the bike is still for sale.Has clear title with 3200 miles and no damage.
I want to announce you that I moved from US a few weeks ago ,now i live in
France with my wife ... i am new married.
But i assure that won't be a problem for our business because the delivery
will be made and paid by me and in max 5 days you will receive the
package to your address.
The bike it`s already prepared for shipping. Now I have to find a buyer.
To start the shipping I just have to confirm the name and address
of receiver so please reply and let me know if you ready to have a safe deal.

Thank you and I wait your mail.

I WROTE:
Could you resend the ad? I didn't mark it and can't find it. Also, where is the bike located?

HE WROTE:
Hello ,

OK I understand your concern that's why i propose you a fair deal.
We can make our business through a third party ( www.globalshippingagency.com )
in this way both of us will have the assurance that we need.
By dealing with a third party means dealing with a neutral party, a
company that verifies if the merchandise is sent and coresponds to what
seller agreed with the buyer and realease the money only after the
merchandise was accepted. I deal a lot like that. This company will deliver the package to you and will give me the money after you confirm that you want to keep it.
All you have to do is to register on www.globalshippingagency.com
E-mail me as soon as possible to complete our transaction.

Kinds Regards
P.S. I will send you some pics with my bike and final price with shipping icluded will be $3600.It`s already crated and ready to be shipped so if yo uready to deal please go and register to be able to start shipping to you!

Almost certain it's bullshit

I read this link about the scammers in Spain, and this guy sounds exactly the same. He ignored my requests about the bikes location and his phone # to talk more in depth. I notice in the emails everyone posts that this person or persons can't speak english very well and it's not his first language. Also, no one ever gets to see these bikes even if they offer to fly to the location at their own charge and view them in person. I can't believe no one has caught these assholes, because the tactics they use aren't very skillful. And the bike pictures I received don't show you the license plate, thus making them impossible to identify unless you own the bike and recognize the surroundings. Thanks to this board for keeping me from making a HUGE mistake. Even before I posted here, I was VERY skeptical about this deal, but now I'm certain it's a load of shit! I wish I could find this bastard for getting my hopes up so much!
