gsxr-600 vs cbr rr600

i went to the Suzuki dealer today to buy a 600, i ask the guy what was the difference between the gsxr 600 and the cbr 600, he told me that gsxr i better in every single way acceleration, handling, and braking. i went to the Honda dealer and they told me the cbr was a better bike.

i need to know which bike has better handling ?
and what is the invoice cost not the msr?

Both are good bikes..but as with anything, they have different traits....The best possible thing to do, is ride both bikes, then decide...

If this is your first 600 class sportbike then they will both feel fairly similar.

I'm a little biast working at a Suzuki store, BUT....

The 05 Gixxer 600 has been rated higher than the Honda 600RR in the magazine ratings. Haven't personally ridden the new Honda but I get to drive the Gixxers all the time. The only backdraw to the Suzuki 600 is the little lack of ponies at the 2-3 grand range of riding. Nobodies riding the streets that low of an rpm in a high performance sport bike though.

Don't take my word on it though. Check the magazine reviews.

Well, if you wanna Nit Pick...look at the bracktrey on the Honda, compare it to the brackets on the Suzuki..to me, the Honda brackets look kinda Cheap...whereas the brackets on the Suzuki look beefer and better finished..Then again, the Honda's crash better than the Suzuki's, cuzz of the way Suzuki's are built so light..the frame material is thinner...ect..but I agree, about the Suzuki looking better...it's all a personal thing
