Angry GSXR1000 Bogging, FI light on ?????

I have a GSXR1000, '03, which was in an accident about 6 mos ago. Finally was able to purchase farings and put it back together. Problem now, is, its bogging at 6000-6500rpms. I rode it for about 100 miles without the midpipe and can. Then I installed a used on off another GSXR1000 buddy who had it for about 50 miles. Practically brand new. I added some fuel injection cleaner to the tank and now, the bike is bogging.. Checked all connections and everything seems fine. The FI light is on but has been on since I put on fairings and fired up the bike. If anyone has any advice on what the problem might be and how to fix, PLEASE HELP.

Disconnect your battery for 5 minutes and reset your computer. Might work, might not.

Check your battery. Mine was doing the same thing, when I first started my bike, the FI light would come on. After awhile the light would go away or if I cut the engine then restart it would go away too.

In dealer mode, it was error -C046. After researching, the exhaust control valve actuator (EXCVA) wasn't getting enough voltage causing the error. I tried to charge the battery but since the battery was about 3 years old, it didn't hold a charge that well so I got a new battery and never had a problem since.

What error does your bike say in dealer mode?
