If thats really what you`re into, yeah its worth it. But if you want a sport bike to ride like a sport bike, no. When I was looking for a bike there were all kinds of good deals, but as soon as I saw the word "chrome" I turned back. Chrome = weight, weight=not good.

Look . . . the people you are after are the people you depend on. We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances, we guard you while you sleep. Do not fu|< with us.

Thanks for the opinion..

Not sure if it is chrome or just polished aluminum..Most people think they are they same animal..

I have other bikes, so this one would just serve a specific purpose..Mostly for the astetics, but t ride as well..

Again, Thanks...

It says the frame is polished, but the rotors, calipers, and rims are chromed, the forks look chromed too. Even if everything was polished, I don`t care for "bling"

All the extras are not really an increase in the actual value of the bike. Granted they may be nice to look at in your opinion, but they don't really increase the actual value of the bike.

something makes it fishy that a 2000 model would only have 711miles. ohh it doesn't have only 711 miles. the pic of the speedo/odometer screen where they show 711 notice it says 711 check which I think means there is an engine error. error code 711

Complicity? Simplexity? Its simply too complicated for me.

Rip off

$11,000 for a 4 year old used GSXR 750?!!?!

I don't care how polished or pretty the bike is, that is a total rip off.

As stated in an earlier post, those kind of mods do not add to the resale value of a vehicle.

Jeez, for $11,000 you can buy a BRAND NEW 2004 Kawaskai ZX-10R, Yamaha R1, CBR 1000RR, or GSXR 1000. (which also comes with a factory warranty)

Good catch MMMBarley. I didn't even notice that. Any idea what that error code is?

Also, the bike has been relisted on ebay. Right now it is at 9k$. Still way to much.

And for the record. I never said I was going to but this bike. Just wanted to know if it was worth the asking price.

Thanks for everyones help/opinions..

Joe

I just double checked...

IF the key is on and the bike is not running, you get a default "CHEC" light next to your mileage...

OR

I need to find out what 4348 CHEC means on my bike

And mine is a y2k 750 also...
