How much for CCT parts and labor?

What have you guys paid to have this done in a shop?

See my reply to your other post..re: parts, the labor..a shop/dealer will prolly charge ya for 2 hrs. although, it can be done properly in 1.5 hrs..easy..

I payed 1600.00 to just have the entire engine rebuilt.
I changed the CCT, Cam Chain, Top Guide, Front and rear sliders all by myself. Took a long time, you need to pull the head to replace the front (if I remember right) slider which is a bitch. I got it all back together and had some bad oil leaks and a couple other probs. I just bit the bullet and saved some cash and took the bike to a independent mechanic.

My bike is a horror story all by itself though
