any one with a bird have a throtle lock? the average ones they carry wont work, i tried customising it and no luck

You may want to have a look at the throttlemeister. http://hometown.aol.com/tmcruise1/tm.html

I have it on my 900 and love it. I looked at the site and it lists one for the 99 blackbird, but not the 2000. If you're interested, I would just email them to see if it will fit.

my shock was the price 100$ i paid 18$ for the one on my vfr, but i need one i cant imagin a rode trip with out one
