600rr wont idle!

Ok guys here is the deal... I picked up a cbr 600rr last monday for 4000 its a 2003 with 1900 on the odomitor. The reason I got it for that is because 1st he tore it apart to port the head. 2nd he found that it had some piston slap so he had some stuff warentied. He then somehow fried the cdi. It wouldnt run so it just sat in his appaertment. His room mate pissed in the tank! correded the tank and pump. (lets just say they aren't friends anymore). Then when he went to start the thing it wouldnt run. he eventually checked the gas and the tank and found the problem......So after all of that he got the new CDI and let it sit for a year. I called him last sunday and asked if wanted to sell it. He said yeah but he owed 4400. I told him I would give him 4200 and he said yes.

So i fixed it up and put it back together and it runs like a champ! but it will not idle. What could cause it not to idle right? I tried to adjust the fast idle but it didn't do anything. Do you have any sugestions. TPS maybe? help me out.

p.s. The bike came with rear sets, micron slipon, race tires, and 520chain conversion with beter gearing.
