1995 CBR 600 the best year?

I searched the forums and could not find any similar type post but heres my question. The other day I was talking to a few of my buddies and they had said they have heard from various people that the 95 CBR 600 was the best year for the bike. The bike did not have any modifcations at all (from what I've been told) and it had beaten a 2000 CBR 600 F4i. Is this true? was 95 the best year? Asking because there is one for sale in my area possibly.

While it is a good bike, I don't know that it can be labelled the best. It all depends on what your defining as best really. It will all depend on each individual rider.

Oh, and there is no such thing as a 2000 F4i, it was introduced in 2001. 99-00 were F4's.

My 98 F3 beat a 2003 BMW Boxercup and also a 2000 Hyuabusa. Of course that was up in some twsties but it will keep up and beat the Boxercup.
