superhawk tires

ok soon very soon the stock tires will be done
anybody have a fave tire for this bike???

i do my best to stay off the hiway and pick the twisty back roads when ever i can. so i don't care how long they last or that i need fuel around every 120 miles, the light comes on and i find a gas station it's not that hard!!

I like Pilot Sports

I replaced my stock tires with Michelin Pilot Sports and am very happy. The steering seems way more quicker over the stock Dunlops, and the grip is better. Also if you are like me, and ride rain or shine, most everyone including test articles agree there is not better tire for optimal grip in the wet. I have tried D207's on another bike, and was able to get a little push from them, so I have been a Michelin fan ever since. But, I have heard good things about the new D208's as well.

Currently running a set of Dunlop 207 GP's on mine and can't say enough about them. However the new 208's are supposed to be even better just make sure you go with the softer compound if you're not worried about getting the mileage out of them. Rode a street compound 207 before the GP and noticed that after a few hundred miles they hardened up on me and lost grip in the twisty's. Also like the Metzler M1's. They heat up fast even on colder pavements and stick like glue consistently. Can get about 2000 miles of hard riding out of them as well.
