Replacing it is kind of a bitch, but if you are somewhat mechanically inclined at all, it is possible.
First you have to take the left/right fairings off, the ram air covers off, the tank off, and the air box off.
Second, if you look at the right most throttle body, or right where the fuel line screws in, right below it you will see the auto CCT.
Take the allen wrench that came with your bike (I think it might be an 8) and unscrew both bolts (one on top, one on bottom).
IT is real ly tough to ge to these, but with patience and persistance, it is possible to get them loose.
You may have to get another gasket for the manual CCT (I just used high temp sylicone, I hope it works)
Once you have it all in place, you have to adjust it.
You have to remove the four plugs on top of the cam cover and unscrew three bolts (they are the only three holding the cam cover on)Once you have the cam cover off, you can see the cam chain on the right side. Remove the chain guide and you can feel how much play you have in the chain.
Follow the instructions on the back off the manual one as far as tightness. Mine was between 3/8 - 1/4 inch of play in the chain.
Once you have that all set, you just have to put everything back together.
It took me about 4 hours to do all this, but I also ate somewhere in the middle of it all.
