Unhappy Need help with F4 dripping fluid.

I have noticed that my 99 F4 will drip fluid from one of the tubes that run underneath the bike. It does not do it everyday it seems to happen more on hot days. It is not oil smells more like gas; I tried to trace the line and I think it is going to the gas tank. Gas tank vent??? Is this something I should have checked at the shop? This is my first bike so I am very new at this.

Thanks

On a hot day fuel vapor will fill the vent line. Then when the bike is parked in a cool spot, the vapor will condense, sometimes enough to drip.

Also, the fuel overflow line down is down there somewhere, too. With the gas cap open, you'll notice a hole external to the seal made by the cap. If you overfill, liquid fuel will spill into that hole and the overflow tube, from which it will drip under the bike.
