On my F4i, I just go about 55 in 2nd, pull the clutch in, go WOT, and slip it out smoothly. Don't dump it. Try sitting back a little. I weigh 235, and it comes up w/ ease.

Have you tried 1st gear. Get up to about 6000 RPM then let off the throttle. When it gets down to 4000 RPM or when you feel the forks compress, snap the throttle and the biek will come right up. If you can't clutch the bike up, it's probably because you aren't giving it enough gas. I can get my F4i up at 15mph easily by clutching it up. Keep practicing, if you can get it up 6 inches, eventually you'll get it higher.
