My local Kawi dealer is expecting an all new ZX7R for 2001, but had no details or hard facts. But thats what they are *expecting*.

It will undoubtedly be one helluva kick ass bike.

just in time for the ama to pull the plug 750 supersport racing.

so i guess we'll never see if it's truly better than the gsxr750.

not rubbing in anything, but for 750's supersport racing, not magazine test, is where it's at.

hell, for 600's it says something too. explains why there are often 4 different brands in the top four or five spots. too bad 750 buyer don't have the same choices.

I've heard nothing but rumours here in the UK. Nothing definite. Strangely enough last week was the first time I have seen a Kawasaki magazine advert for a 7R in the UK for a few years. Normally the ads contain the 6 the 9 and now the 12 but never the 7. Maybe they are trying to push a few of the current model before launching a new model? Another rumour for you.

Lets hope the 7R doesn't disappear. It could do with disappearing a few pounds though!
