Very low fuel pressure, the only reason the bike has a fuel pump is because the carbs are mounted higher than most of the gas in the tank. Might be best to get a fuel pump from the bike itself. I don't remember if it's vacuum-operated or electric, think it's electric.
A Haynes or Clymer manual may provide an exploded view of the carbs - but they're really very simple, and if you have sufficient mechanical ability to mount them to a car, you'll be able tounderstand them from examination of the disassembled parts.
Jets should be at any bike dealer - rebuild kits can be difficult to find, and rather costly.
