pic of my 88 750r ninja

well i finally got one on the net for anyone who wants to see.I have to get the zx6r wheels yet and the front fender. But so far i have rebuilt the front end with fiberglass it was broken off when it was laid down i think the guy who did it went over the handle bars cuz the whole windshield and pieces that hold the windshield where gone broekn right off.I have had help from potoman on it,he is the one that got me excited to get a bike this year.Well here is the link hopefully it works. http://www.zdriver.com/rides/showpic...1035638705.jpg

it works for me too when i try must be on your end or maybe the server had probs when you tried. But thanks it'll look better with the new wheels and the front fender.I'll get a better pic too in the day light and hopefully will have the new paint on it.I drove it yesterday and it does have some balls. My friend has a zx6r 2001 ninja and i'm sure we wil race once or twice and i'm sure he will beat me.But it's doesn't matter i just wanted something i can ride and if i break it's no big deal i can fix it relativly cheap.

Cool bike. I can't wait to see some daylight pics of it. I wish I had the time to buy an 80's bike and bring it back to life. One of these days maybe.

Great bike, believe it or not the old 750R, even though technically disadvantged to it's contemporaries, did very well in World Superbike in '88. With riders , Aussie Rob Phillis and Frenchman Adrian Morillas (sp) they made those things sing on the track against the RC-30, Duc 851/888, FZR750R, Bimota YB4 and GSX-R750RR. And looking at it you'd wonder how with that steel tubular cradle frame, but it was very competitive.
