To the original poster:
First off lay off the stunting. You have a long way to go just learning how to ride. Practice emergency stops, mid corner braking, and clean lines. Also, 160mph on the highway is just plain stupid. Best place for that sort of thing is on a private track. If you cant do that, at least pick empty backroads. Its one thing to be putting your life and bike in danger, its completely different to be putting the lives of other people on the road in danger.
Since you are unlikely to listen to that advice.... Leave the sprocket off. Sure it will make bringing the bike up easier, but it will also make it less stable when the front wheel is up at the air. You dont want to loop your shiney new bike, do you? Your bike should come up just fine with stock gearing, so practice that, if you gotta practice anything.
And dont forget your gear!
