Windscreen on my Black Bike: Dark Smoke or Clear?

I know this isn't a life-changing decision, but I wanted to know what people think about clear vs. smoked windscreens as far as look and usability. I want to build a subtle custom look to my bike and have started with clear flush signals in front, fender eliminator with small clear signals in back, and stainless bar ends. I am going to get a new windscreen for my ZX-6R and just wanted some peeps to join the debate thats going on inside my head.

First of all, my bike is all black. I have seen it with a light smoke but think its just the wrong color with the black paint because it is kinda grey looking. That leaves clear and dark smoke.

I think the dark screen would look sick with the paint, and look more custom, but I am wondering if it would make the front of the bike look too "heavy" and tall as it fills up that previously clear area with dark color, efectively changing the proportions of the bike.

Also, I am looking through the windscreen occasionally when riding (tucked in or very-low speed manuvering like in my driveway) and wonder how much the smoke would cut back my visability.

Double Bubble or Standard? I am pretty much set on standard shape just cause I like the look better but I am open to hearing arguments for the Double Bubble.

Any experience with the smoked windscreens or just general opinions would be appreciated. Cast your Vote!

For reference, here is a pic of my bike. Try to visualize the windscreen....

I believe the DB makes seeing the gauges on the ZX-6R easier. I'd go with that in the light smoke colour.

I went with smoke db. on my Ducati but think the contrast with the clear db would look better on a solid black bike. Naw changed my mind go with db/smoke.
