My new fairings just came in!

I just got my new SharkSkinz fairings in. I think they look pretty good. I expected them to come with the bolt holes predrilled, but there not. I'm thinking I should just go one size over the screw size and drill hole lined up with the screw threading and then put my rubber pads into the holes. Does this sound about right? It doesn't look like I will need to do any cutting for the frame sliders. Once I get my new wind screen in and the holes for it drilled, I will be painting it with truck bed liner. Is there any kind of prep work I need to do before I spray it on? I'm also planning on relocating the turn signals onto the rear view mirrors, since they are hollow running the wires should be easy enough. Anyone see any down side to anything I've said? This is a pic of the new fairings before I've done anything to them.
