Planet Superbike decals

I have had it with them and so it is now time to smear their name on the internet.

Here's the story: On March 2nd, I went online and put in my order for a headlight decal. The very next day I found a better place to purchase a decal for the whole bike, so I called PB and cancelled my order. The lady said that I should see the refund in 3 - 5 days. That was when they would answer their phone calls. Then 3 weeks later I get a package in the mail from them with another type of headlight decal, not even like the one I had originally ordered and cancelled. I still have not seen my refund and I am now out the money that I used to return the decal that was shipped to me. They do not answer their phone, return calls, faxes, or email messages.

So be careful out there when you order online. Evil or Very Mad

Sorry to hear about that. How did you pay, and if by CC then through who? Some CC groups will allow you to call and cancel the payment or even have it pulled from their account in certain cases. If you have a session number and name from whoever you talked to at Planet Superbike, all the better. Give it to the CC group and ask them to handle it. Good luck.

I used my Mastercard. They are looking into the matter for me as we speak. I knew that I was taking a chance when I returned the other item to them, too. I should have kept it and sold myself

Go to the source lamin-x. I found them in Motor Trend magazine and I found out that they do bikes too. They have pre-cut patterns for the whole bike for just over $100. They also have free shipping if you get the whole package. It goes on easy and on my bike it covered the tail section, tank, front fairing - top, upper and lower, front fender and the headlight.

You can get colors(smoke, red, blue, yellow) or clear, too.
