New Pipe...engine mapping?

Just got a carbon fiber yoshi for my 05 gixxer 750 and its not idling smooth its kinda choppy.Do I need to get any remapping done or is this normal?

a lot of ppl just arent used to the sound of the new pipe, so it sounds like it maybe rough and whatnot....but if it is indeed running differently (its running too rich, lean, feels like its a hog, etc.) then you probably do need to remap it

that made dropping acid seem like a mild cure for boredom
