I replaced my turn signals on my 98 F3 and now the lights stay on all the time and my blinkers and really fast. How do I fix it?

frt right wire colors-Sb/W,Dg,Sb
frt left wire colors-O,Dg,O/W

rear right colors -Sb,Dg
rear left colors -O,Dg

Sb=sky blue
W=white
Dg=dark green
O=orange

you should be set if you follow those.
your constant for the front are Sb/W and O/W

for the turn signals use Sb,Dg and O,Dg
Dg = ground
