Thinking about powdercoating frame?

What do you think Its as close as photoshop could get to gloss black but you get idea. using local customizer in KC area to do project. Smithers customs 913-768-8667. Will be posting pics of his work later He tried to talk me into chroming everything but wanted to be alittle different should look sick with new paint which he's also doing. let me know Brian

I think the brushed aluminum looks great, to be honest. Especially on that bike. The power coat might make it look, shall I say, a little duller?

Still, I see what you are thinking, bring out more of the black custom look. As always these aesthetic things are ultimately up to the owner... My own recommendation is to get a nice, shiny, matching black hugger. I got a matching hugger for my GSX-R1000 and no other mod made it look nearly as sweet. Looks like a whole different bike now. Almost Italian looking now. Seriously!

well im in the process of painting my frame 03 GM blue met.[it comes on
the new silverados] since some fool tried polishing a steel frame before i got the bike and now
instead of just painting the certain spots im just doing the whole
thing in a different color.

on your bike i seen a black frame on a red GSXR and look good with
all his polished and chromed pieces. but i would go with adifferent
color for yours
