Monday I decided to ride out to my friend's house 35 miles away to change our oil. Go figure. On the way home it's 20mph cross wind with 45 mph gusts. NOT FUN. So windy my tank bra came up if i didn't lean on my tank.
Getting upset at being blown all over the road I decided it would be nice to have a set of fins to stabalize myself. So what did I do? I stuck my left leg out at an angle and used my arm to prop it out. It worked. (Wind was coming form the left BTW). It leaned the bike for me basically (doing 65 mph). When it gusted I didn't move as much. Worked nicely. Just wondering if anyone has tried this before?

You lost me on the proping your leg up with your arm. But I agree, a gusty cross wind is a pain and can be dangerous.
