Almost forgot this...

I've been so excited that I almost forgot to mention that after hours of negotiations, I'm the proud owner of this beautiful '05 Ducati 999!

I made sure to get a battery and service thrown into the deal. I pick it up tomorrow after work. I can't wait!

Trust me, I will definitely be posting some up. The ones I took yesterday with my phone didn't come out (my SD card lost them somehow...yes, I hit save) the only way I got that one is my friend texted it to me. When I get it home, I'll post up more.

I'm freaking psyched!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys, I'm really excited to pick her up today. I can tell work is gonna go so slow. I'll snap off some better pics when I get a chance. Tomorrow is supposed to be mid-60's and mostly sunny. I can't wait!!!!!!

So I picked her up today and I must say...what a well-mannered bike she is. The power is there for sure, but there is no volatility whatsoever. It just...becomes very fast. And even though I didn't dare put the tires to the test in 55 degree weather, I can definitely tell there is a lot of potential. It is extremely flickable and responsive. And so quiet compared to my Gixxer that I have to remind myself what gear I'm in.

It's definitely going to be an adjustment, but I will enjoy every minute of it.

And now for the obligatory photos (they aren't very good, expect better ones tomorrow)....
