Buying a 05 ZX10R

Would like to hear all the goods and bads from anyone who has owned one if these. It has 2000 miles on it and is in perfect condition. The seller is asking $7700 OBO. I will offer $7000 and go from there. I just sold my 98 900RR . thanks in advance for the input.

i`ve got a 05 and i can say if you sort the suspension out and put some compliant tires on it it could be the best bike you ever owned. it doesnt have the problems the 04 or the 06 have and really other than the "too light" breakable fairings its world class. my last ride was a 03 gsxr 1000.....also world class. ahh...what a wonderful time we live in to choose from so many wonderful machines.
