Unfortunately his eyes were to big for this time in life along with the pocket book.

I have owned from two to three, to four or five bikes though some were for competition & then I might have two for street use.

Thing is all bikes were paid for & m/cing was my line of work. I never bought a bike to have it as a classic or a vintage bike at a much higher price. Though wish I could go back to the late 40s & to mid 50s to pick out some of the bikes I was riding on the roads to those I used in dirt comp to road racing.
