I love a good "kick the crap out of the bad guys" story.

Damn that is an intense story. Guys were ballsy as hell to try and steal it with people in the backyard...also they must staked it out before if they knew the bike would be in the garage. I probably would've just shot the sob's...

Interesting story. I think in the heat of things, I would have trashed their van too.

hehe man I do think this is made up too, but I do hear a ton of people get their bikes stolen..... and here's me with my FZR, still trying to sell it.

Lately I've had it out for sale on this road that doesnt see a lot of night traffic, with the keys in it. Still not stolen. Dammit. I got all state insurance and no deductible because of my good driving record, so if someone snags it I get the full write off...... SOMEONE FREAKING STEAL IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're gonna have to find a dumb criminal. The smart ones have probably already scoped it out and decided it was a police sting.

First off, if it does get "stolen," and the insurance company finds out the keys were in it, you're probably not going to get paid.

Second, is it really that smart posting on a public forum, that you're leaving keys in your bike, hoping it gets stolen?
