New Bike Recommendations

Everyone,

Recently totaled my 2000 Kawasaki ZRX1100 and am looking for a replacement. Would like to stay in the same type of bike range. I only want 1000cc or more also. My top 3 choices right now are:

1. Triumph Speed Triple

2. Suzuki SV1000

3. Kawasaki 1400 (The new one that just came out)

Any other bikes you all would recommend? Any of these three you think would be better?

My price range is $12,000 max (new btw). Also want to mod any bike I get with am exhaust.

Thanks.

Or the Yamaha 1200cc(?) sporttouring bike. I cannot recall the model. Mind you I think the list is close to being filled up by yourself. I was at the Yamaha shop to-day & decided to at least sit on the sporttouring bike, but holy cow that is, like many bikes of where the saddle height it to much for my inseamof 29.5".

My other bikes & ones I am familiar with are outdated being the Honda 929 & 954 while to-day I was on my even older '97 Yamaha YZF600r. So it is more of less going to be up to you & know you are going to come up with a good bike.

I vote for the Speed Triple. Best bike in it's class since birth, and totally bad-ass looking.

The big Kawi is the same type of machine as the Hyabusa, so if you're seriously considering the ZX14, then you should also consider the 'Busa.

Good luck, keep us posted.

i like the sv1000 if you want a good vtwin, just get the lower fairings for it and they look sweet.

why not a gsxr1000? why not a zx10r? your bikes are kinda odd, a speed triple or a sv1000 or a zx14, you're kinda in 3 different categories there.

if you want a big ass bike that goes fast in straight lines, zx14 (or busa, but the zx14 is better and better looking!)

if you wanna carve shit up on a moderately light vtwin, go sv1000.

if you want a brit bike, go speed triple.

if you wanna rip, go I4 with a gsxr, zx10, 1000rr, or R1
