Where can I find a copy of a Katana 600 owners manual?

I just bought my first bike, a 2000 Katana 600.

I don't know shit about it and I've been lookin for the owners manual on the internet but can't seem to find it.

Does anyone have a link where I can find it or a similar manual.

According to www.haynes.com the manual that you should need is # 3987. It covers '98 to '02 models. The best way to buy one is to go to your local Autozone store and have them order it for you. I found that thier price was cheaper than I could find online plus they pay the shipping! It only took 2 days to get mine for my FZR. Good luck with your new bike, ride safe.

Specifically Suzuki

No mention of Katana but I do not know the gs designation..

Good luck.

Re: Where can I find a copy of a Katana 600 owners manual?

I suck at fixing bikes or even cars. So I don't think I can use the repair or service manual. I need the owners manual or operational manual. Like where are all the buttons (I already know) and how to open the seat or change the battery. Not the repair manual....unless it is the same?

The haynes manual is about as dumbed down as it gets. It lists the controls and the how to's, atleast the one for my bike.

Good luck,
Sepias
