Hi jrog24-

The coolant/anti-freeze mixture in your bike should easily be adequate enough to cover the extremes of temperature you're likely to face. It doesn't hurt to have it changed at the intervals mentioned in your owner's manual.

Did you Not get a Owners manual...?

That'll tell ya how to do simple maint.

Personally, I don't trust anyone to do their job...when it comes to cars / trucks, or my bike...If in doubt, go ge some premixed coolant from your dealer, drain the water and the mixed coolant...Honda has a pretty good premixed coolant..comes in 1 gal. containers...your bike needs about 3.4 qts..

Also, if you add water...make sure it's DISTILLED...No tap water

Old, Slow, but ...Smooth
