Allow me to second Blue Jays post. We use to get these darn bikes traded in & so many of them with big fat mushy grips. Still we were so ready to change to regular grips & those with experience would damand regular grips while inexperienced riders would fall in love with the big fat mushy grips, though sometimes would ask us to put on a set of regular grips, YET when it came to a new bike they went with the stock grips as they had learned.
In my riding area, being in the Cdn Rockies I am continually turning the wick up & down due to the bends, & such.
You must have long dreary flat runs & so you could be thinking to some sort of a sort of cruise control which are avaliable, though I have never seen them & so many have said they did not like them while some swore by them.
