94 zx-6...lines from tank under seat?

i went and checked out a 94 ninja zx-6 today, and the guy pointed out these three little metal things coming from the rear of the gas tank (looked like there should be lines on them), under the seat, that were capped off. they put K&N filters on it and supposedly they go down where the fuel filter is or something like that (he wasnt sure, it was like that as long as he's had the bike). any idea where these are supposed to go?

btw this is the bike. it has ~9600 miles on it, think it's a good deal for $2750? there's also a '00 zx-7 around the corner for $3k, but i think an older 600 would be a little easier than that one

That's not a ZX-6, dude. It's a 600R. They're not as good. The ZX-7, on the other hand, is a steal at $3000.

Shit...sorry, man. I guess the 600R was known as the ZX-6 before it became the 600R. Look at a 1997 or higher ZX-6 and you'll see the cosmetic differences....I don't have exact numbers on performance.

The ZX-7 is still a fucking bargain.

No doubt about it. It's a 600r

1994 ZX6

1991 600r (Sorry, couldn't find a '94, but this look identical to the one you posted).

Hi All-

Weren't the older 600R models still running bias-ply tires while the more updated ZX-6 bikes were on radials?
