I have found a tire balancer at Kowa tools for 100 bucks, it is a static type, with paint defect.. Is this a good price?? Are there better ones around? I want something small and precise.

Thumbs up

Go for it Trevor. Sounds like a decent price to me, as long as it includes a set of differently sized axle rods.

If you do a lot of tire changing/wheel balancing, it's a good investment that will last forever...
