Thumbs up Im gettin a 2000 f4

Well heres the deal. This is a salvage title bike not too much is wrong with it. My friend works at a bike shop and he found this there so he's gonna put it all back together with me. SO does anyone have an f4? How well do they ride? fill me in on all that stuff. I only have 4 grand too, so I really only have enough for an older bike or a salvage title. Oh yeah it has around 5k miles.

We had about 12k miles on ours before it was stolen, and it was a hell of a fun bike. It's the one I learned to ride on and also my wife learned on it too once we had it lowered. I wish we had it back....I can't say enough good about that bike. I didn't realize how well it turned until I had ridden an XX for a while, and went back to the F4. The F4 was WAY more fun to ride overall. It had the oomph to get up and go with the best of them and it was great for twisties too. I was (still am) somewhat mechanically retarded, and really all I ever did was have the oil changed and put gas in it and never had any problems with it whatsoever.

I have a buddy with a 2k1 f4, and he loves it. I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

Duessel is still selling his bike? I remember over a year ago he was selling it. What is the story with that?? Oh well. I have rideen a couple of F4's, and they are sweet bikes, because they are comfortable and quick. It's a bike you can ride around for a long time with no aches. Good choice!
