Question 2 way radios

I'm lookin for a good, yet inexpensive 2-way radio set for communication on long rides. Does anyone have a set that they would recommend. I'm also looking for the kind of headset that is for the full helmet.
Any suggestions?

I don't own these, but I have used them before.

I don't know what you're willing to spend, but they work pretty well for what they cost. I used them in a caravan going on a ski trip. Even up in the mountains in a snow storm they pulled in good recepion at over a mile.

The same site has some ear piece 2 ways also. You might want to check them out and see if you can rig one up to fit your helmet.
