Trailer is the answer. I use to take off the front wheel & stuff an Observed Trials, MX, or Enduro bike in my Jeep (just one at a time mind you) thanks to the short wheel base, simplicity of pulling off & putting on a front wheel to just two of us need to heave the dirt comp iron up into the Jeep or take it off.
Later shifted to an open trailer that could carry 3 somp irons or one skelton street iron, but latter is usless for self & sportbike as I need something slung lower along with a low gradual climb ramp due to the fairing, long wheelbase & the low ground clearance of a sportbike.
Remember even with a pick-up truck with a long box somehow you have to get the bike up into it without dragging the lower parts & same when backing it out---by yourself you need to be Mr. Atlas. Trying to do it yourself is next thing to dropping the bike near the point of getting on the truck box & I have seen many a naked bike being dropped as owner tried to unload the bike at our shop even with decent ramps & several helpers, rather then his short plank & yes trying to unload a bike is sort of like trying to come down from the top of a mountain after climbing it ------ it is always harder.
So again a proper trailer is the answer. Remember to note GVW of what your Jeep can haul being trailer & the bike.
