Question Parts411 - are they good?

Hey everyone!

Here I am, new rider, and already I want to try & find stuff that's hard to get locally!
Do any of you have feedback on parts411.com? They seem to have a great selection & are willing to ship to Canada (where I am) but I don't know anything about whether their prices are fair & what service is like. Any feedback or suggestions for other suppliers would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

I've only ordered one thing from them, my new HJC CL-14 helmet. My dealer wanted $180 plus tax and i got it from parts411 for $111 shipped to my door and only took them like 4 days for me to get it. So far, i would recommend them.

Thanks for the feedback! I think I will give them a try. Hard to find even some basic stuff here, harder still to know how well internet orders will be handled when shipped to Canada!

For you fellow canucks, I'll let you know.....

i never dealt with them, but i'm gonna throw this into the daily rider forum where it should get more attention.

I have never heard anything bad about them, but if I was going with a big internet seller, I would go with Kneedraggers, I have order a bunch of stuff from them and always got good customer service and fast shipping. I do not know if our local source ships to Canada, but you might want to give him a try, he has great prices and can usually beat other deals. www.roadrashbikeparts.com if you do not see it on the site call and ask, Adam can get most anything you want.
