Good luck dude. I know loosing weight sucks. Beginning of May 2001 I busted the scales at 250lbs today I weighed 162.

Just keep singing this tune "PT good for you, good for me, want some, need some, gimme some...."

I just dropped twelve pounds, im now tipping the scales at 142 lbs. Good luck, it just takes some determination.

Instead of the recomended song, i watch the britney spears video "im a slave 4 you". Downloaded it on kazaa, and i think, that when i get my six pack, i can go out with girls like her

that and the weight loss helps me throw around my yz125 even easier

I dropped 474lbs last year.

Fortunately it only scraped the side cover and broke the indicator.

Man that Triumph is (top) heavy.

I lost about 30lbs of my weight a couple of years ago, and I've managed to keep most of it off! Riding the bike is now so much easier and soooooooo much more fun - when I keep it upright

thankyou everyone

When I started this thread I thought to myself.. of all the topics I could have picked this is the dumbest! But reading these posts has really encouraged me. I'm at 200 right now and really shooting for 175!I'm 6'0 tall and have not seen 175 in 10 years(when I got married). My riding jacket and pants are fitting looser now. I love it. Sone it will be time for a new wardrobe!! I MISS MY MOUNTAIN DEW!!

The best part of losing a $hit pile of weight is HAVING to buy new gear. I even went down a helmet size. Get the checkbook ready, you're about to go shopping.

I find being "in shape" highly overrated! 5 years ago I spent 6-10 hours a week weightlifting, and force-feeding myself with nasty weight gainer powder drinks to maintain 175-180 lbs. Now, I'm a total couch potato and have settled into a comfy 185 lbs. Sure, dropping 10-15 lbs might make me a hair faster on the track but it just ain't worth it! I refuse to give up my Mt. Dew!!!

No joke My jackets (men's small) are too big now. I am now officially in a hard to fit category. Lucky for me I can just put my hair in a ponytail to make my helmet fit tighter. Now I want a new jacket as soon as I have extra $$$ but I don't really like any of the jackets that they make for women.
