Laws in other states for gear

I know that many states, like Massachusetts, have laws that require the use of helmets. Are there any states out their that require riders to wear other protective gear, like jackets??

Not that I know of. Some without helmet laws still require glasses.

Can you shed one article of clothing per year? If so, I can ride nude, and load up two nude passengers as well! I'm not sure if that would start or stop traffic, but it sure wouldn't leave it the same.
