GSX-R750 for a Hurricane rider?

Does anyone think that $4300 is too little (ie; too good to be true) for a '97 GSX-R750 w/ Galfer dual steel braided lines, EBC HH pads, HH rotors, a Yoshimura RS3 slip on, Akrapovic race system, Ohlins springs Dampner, power commander etc etc? I'm thinking of checking it out this weekend and would appreciate ANY input. I've been riding off and on for 15 years and am also wondering if I need (I know I WANT it!) that much bike. Anyone give me an idea how riding the Gixxer, if it's all it's cracked up to be, will compare to the trusty old 600 I'm used to? Thanks!

Sounds like a good figure to me. Probably has low miles and ridden little so expect things to be clogged or fouled.

I'd take a look to see if its been flogged on a track. If it's been safety wired I'd avoid it.

A gsxr750 will totally smoke your present bike.
